PAYING FAIR WAGES FOR SUSTAINABLE LIVING:

Fair Trade is a global movement that promotes decent wages to workers in developing nations in hopes of creating sustainability. It aims to build relationships between producers and consumers and it promotes fairness for women laborers while protecting child labor laws and supporting the local empowerment.

Anti-Body relentlessly seeks out fair trade and ethical ingredients from across the globe. We started with pure, unrefined shea butter and coconut oil from Togo, Africa produced by a co-operative of over 60 women. Marula oil from Botswana, with its amazing skin restorative properties, was the inspiration for our Marula oil facial care line. The harvesting and processing of the Marula fruit in Botswana brings a source of income and dignity to over 1200 women in 25 villages. Fair Trade Federation membership for each of the co-operatives ensures that fair trade practices and guidelines are upheld.

Anti-Body also works with groups like Transfair USA to put Fair Trade Certified ™ raw materials to use in innovative cosmetic formulas. Fair trade and organic tea and sugar among other ingredients find their way into Anti-Body products.

Move beyond organic! Be fair to your body, the environment, and the world!
